State-of-the-art facilities for perfect aluminium profiles

The technical basis for our production are the alloys we use coupled with innovative and fully automated process technology. Extrusion is carried out on four fully automatic press lines with press ratings of:

We achieve the highest levels of precision thanks to the use of CAD for designing the tools and CNC for manufacturing them. This means that the tools require very little post processing once a trial extrusion has been successfully completed. Even the production of complicated cross-sections is reliable and accurate. We are continually improving our productivity by using the most modern technologies such as flying saws or isothermal extrusion.

Our annual production capacity is 45,000 tonnes and it is fully utilised.
